Ambassador Program – Essential Terms

By applying through our official contact form and participating in our Ambassador Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Content Commitments
Ambassadors are expected to create and publish the agreed-upon content, including required tags, mentions, and disclosures. All content must remain publicly visible for the full agreed duration.

• Complimentary Products
Select Ambassadors may receive complimentary or discounted products for the purpose of content creation.
If the required content is not produced or published as agreed, the Ambassador will be invoiced for the full retail value of all products provided, including applicable shipping charges.

• Non-Compliance
Unsettled invoices may result in additional administrative actions. Failure to pay may lead to formal recovery processes, including claims through the appropriate legal channels.

• Brand Use of Content

By participating, Ambassadors grant the brand permission to share, feature, or otherwise utilise submitted or published content across our marketing platforms.

• Professional Conduct
Ambassadors are expected to uphold the brand’s standards of elegance, professionalism, and discretion at all times. The brand reserves the right to discontinue partnerships when conduct or content does not align with these values.

• Confidentiality
Any non-public brand information shared with Ambassadors is to remain strictly confidential.

• Legal Disclosure
Ambassadors must comply with all relevant advertising and disclosure regulations within their region (e.g., stating “Gifted by Glow Tan”).

• Enrolment
To be considered, all applications must be submitted exclusively through our official contact form.
