Refund policy

 At Glow Tan, we take pride in providing high-quality tanning products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Unless your order is faulty/incorrect, we do NOT accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons & due to the nature of the products sold.

In the rare case of a return or refund:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened & unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We shall not accept open / used products or those returned to us in an unsuitable condition.

If you experience an issue with your order, you must contact us at glowtanservices@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist. Any issues raised after this 48-hour period will not be accepted.

Please note that returns will need to be sent by Royal Mail, and the return is at the buyer's cost. Glow Tan will not cover any return shipping fees.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how & where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any issues must be reported to us within 48h of delivery, or the expected delivery date.

Once reported, please reply with all necessary info within 3 days, or your claim may be closed due to lack of co-operation.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We can not accept the return if the products have been opened, used or seal is broken. Some items listed on our website are not eligible for a return due to hygiene & safety reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. This may take up to 5 business days. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

We are unable to refund any shipping charges once an order has been dispatched.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at glowtanservices@gmail.com.
