Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Glow Tan! We are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and securely. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our shipping procedures and expectations.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

We aim to process, prepare and package all UK orders placed within 24 hours from when you place your order (Please allow an extra 5-7 working days processing time for large / bulk orders).

Please note that although we do our best, it is not always possible for us to ship your order the same day. During busy periods, we ask that you allow up to 3 business days before dispatch. Please keep updated via our social media for any possible delays in processing/dispatching orders. If you have any queries regarding dispatch time, please do not hesitate to contact us and we'll be happy to give you an estimate.

We do not offer a guaranteed next day delivery service, and we can not guarantee that an item will arrive at a certain time or date. If you require your order by a set date, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Please also note that any same-day dispatch offers do not apply to large / wholesale offers unless clearly specified otherwise within the offer. This also applies for any orders using any active discount codes.

 

DELIVERY / TRACKING INFORMATION

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.

Please note that the timeframe for International orders may differ. The timeframes shown at checkout are an estimate once your parcel is with Royal Mail, excluding  the time it takes for us to process, prepare and package all orders.

All UK orders are tracked, the tracking information will be available once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive an email with the tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us. International orders are only tracked if "Royal Mail International Tracked" is selected at checkout, which is always recommended.

Please ensure upon ordering that all of the information you provided is correct, due to the fast processing time we may not be able to make any changes to your order or any personal information provided by you, such as your address. If you do notice you've made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try our best to amend this for you - although it cannot be guaranteed that we are able to. 

 

LIABILITY

Once your order has been dispatched, we are no longer responsible for your parcel and cannot be held liable as it is completely out of our hands. Please be aware that Glow Tan offers a policy of strictly NO refunds/returns. Should you have an issue with your order, please contact us via email or our website support form within 48H of receiving your order, and we will be happy to help. Any issues raised after this 48-hour period will not be accepted.

We do NOT offer compensation for orders that you may consider “late” or “delayed” once in the postal system, at certain times of the year or during postal strikes delivery times may be affected. Please note that this is completely out of our control. While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, Glow Tan is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, customs, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

We are also not liable for items rejected by customs or returned due to unpaid customs fees. In such cases, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
